Invoice terms and conditions
- The payment is made in cash to the chauffeur. The complete payment is requested at the start of the trip. If you want to receive an invoice then this will be sent after your return. If you do not pay the invoice within 14 days after the date of the invoice then we will charge a surcharge of 15%.
- Any and all complaints regarding invoices must be submitted by registered post and within 7 days after the date of the invoice.
- The transport takes place under the responsibility of the customer however VIP-Chauffeur will make every effort to take persons and goods to their place of destination in a timely fashion.
- By booking a service on our website you agree with the terms and conditions and you conclude an agreement with VIP-Chauffeur. In case of cancellation within 48 hours half of the total amount is charged, within 24 hours the full amount is charged.
- VIP-Chauffeur cannot be held responsible for delays, changes or cancellations of the service due to force majeure or due to other circumstances that cannot be foreseen. We will, however, make every effort to avoid this.
- If you communicate incorrect details to us (e.g. departure time abroad instead of arrival time Belgium) then we cannot guarantee that a chauffeur will be available.
- For each and every agreement concluded with the chauffeur the customer declares to rely on the service for at least 3 hours, or rather € 75.00, consecutiveness is not required.
- It is statutorily compulsory to wear a seatbelt. A fine for not wearing the seatbelt will be recovered from the passenger.
- Costs as a result of damages or dirt caused by the customer will be passed on. An amount of € 50.00 will need to be paid to the chauffeur immediately.
- Deviations from our standard services are possible provided in mutual agreement. Additional costs may be charged for these deviations that will be communicated to the customer in advance.
- Any and all disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp. VIP-Chauffeur may at all times change these general terms and conditions.
